Refunds and cancellations (draft)
Draft awaiting the committee's approval. Items in square brackets are still to be decided.
Tickets. Tickets are refundable up to [7] days before the event. [After that, only if the event is cancelled or moved.] If we cancel an event, we refund every ticket in full; you do not need to ask.
Food orders. You can cancel a date up to that week's order deadline and get that date back. If a lunch or popcorn day is cancelled by the school or the PTA, we refund that date to everyone who ordered it; you do not need to ask. Term passes are [not refundable once the term has started / refundable for the dates still to come].
Shop. Items can be returned [unworn, with tags,] within [14] days of collection. [Raffle and event game tickets are not refundable.]
Donations are not refundable, except where one was made in error; write to us within [30] days.
Sponsorships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and Pay It Forward Couples tickets [are not refundable, as the donation is part of the ticket / are refundable less the donation].
Silent auction lots paid for on this site [are not refundable once collected, unless the lot is not as described].
How. Write to [somersfieldpta@somersfield.bm, or the treasurer's own address] with your order number (it starts SPTA-). We confirm within [two working days]. Card payments go back to the same card; they usually show within 5 to 10 working days. Bank transfer and cash payments go back by [bank transfer].
